We love a good gin and ginger ale. The delicacy of gin is spiced up by the bite of ginger.
A gin and ginger ale is one of our favorite go-to gin cocktail recipes. It’s good for the gut and good for the soul. We’ll show you how to make it work.
First, pick an excellent ginger ale. Our favorite is The London Essence Ginger Ale. Alternatively, you can use Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale. If you can’t get hold of them, go for Canada Dry!
Let’s face it, after the third cocktail you won't notice anyway.
50ml [Prototype] Gin
150ml Ginger Ale
25ml Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
Cucumber slice
Choose a tall glass, and combine all three liquids over ice. Slowly stir together and if desired, use a wedge of cucumber (and perhaps a sprig of basil) to garnish. Enjoy!
