February might be the heart of winter, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay bundled up with just a cup of tea. If anything, it’s the perfect time to embrace the chill with some ice-cold, beautifully crafted cocktails.

Whether you’re hosting a cozy night in or just looking for a refreshing way to mix things up, we’ve got three incredible drinks that bring out the best in Prototype Gin.

Each of these recipes is designed to highlight the crisp, botanical brilliance of Prototype gin while keeping things exciting, fresh, and—most importantly—delicious. We’re talking about a zesty, floral twist on a Collins, a bold and bitter Negroni that’s as icy as the weather outside, and an effortlessly cool Martini.

So, if you’re ready to embrace the frost and sip on something truly special, grab your shaker, your favorite glassware, and a bottle of Prototype Gin.
